1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Backyard Warehouse Studio, operated by Toothless Multimedia Production (“we,” “us,” “our”) and its booking, rental, and ticketing services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Our Services
Backyard Warehouse Studio offers court rentals, studio bookings, equipment rentals, and event ticketing. Availability, pricing, and inclusions are shown on the website and may change without prior notice.
3. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once we have reviewed your payment and sent a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking, including in cases of suspected fraud, non-payment, or error in listed pricing.
4. Payments
Payment instructions are provided at checkout. You agree to upload a valid proof of payment where required. Bookings with invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable payment may be rejected. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service and timing of your request. Unless otherwise stated in writing, confirmed bookings and event tickets may be non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible for any cancellation request.
6. Equipment Rentals
Rented equipment remains the property of Backyard Warehouse Studio. You are responsible for the equipment while in your possession and agree to return it on time and in the same condition. Loss, damage, or late return may incur additional charges.
7. Event Tickets
Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and tier. Tickets may not be resold above face value. Lost or unconfirmed orders may not be honored at the venue. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry in line with venue rules.
8. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services lawfully. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backyard Warehouse Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or from events, rentals, or bookings, save for liabilities that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
