What are your pricing options?

Admission fee: ₱100 per guest. Court booking (per hour): Regular (7AM–5PM) ₱600, Primetime (5PM–12MN) ₱800, Graveyard (12MN–7AM) ₱700. An online handling fee is added at checkout and shown before payment. All fees must be paid before using the court.

How can I pay?

Payments are via GCash or Bank Transfer only. To complete your transaction, upload your payment confirmation through our official website.

What time are you open?

We are open 24/7, so you can book and play any time that fits your schedule.

How many courts are available?

We currently have two pickleball courts available for booking and use.

Can I park my car?

Yes, limited on-site parking is available — six (6) spaces within the facility. Additional roadside parking may be used depending on availability, and a parking attendant is present to assist guests when needed.

What facilities and amenities are available?

We provide restrooms, an air-conditioned cozy private lounge, free Wi-Fi throughout the facility, and 24/7 CCTV security for your peace of mind.

Can I host birthday parties or club celebrations at Backyard?

Yes. We welcome private events, including birthday parties, club gatherings, and other special celebrations. Guests may reserve our Private Lounge together with their preferred number of courts, subject to availability. Please contact our team in advance for booking and event arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

All court reservations are final and strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Requests for cancellations, refunds, or modifications will not be accommodated after booking confirmation. Exceptions may be made only in cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, severe weather, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control), and any rescheduling or booking credit is subject to management’s sole discretion. Backyard management also reserves the right to cancel bookings due to operational or unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, affected guests receive a full refund, and full studio reservations receive a complimentary 1-hour credit for the next booking, subject to availability. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming.

What are the facility rules?

A ₱100 entrance fee applies per person on entry, whether or not you play. By using the facility, guests accept the inherent risks of sports activities; Backyard is not liable for injuries and guests should ensure they are fit to participate. Proper sports attire is required, and only non-marking court shoes are allowed in playing areas. Children must be supervised and are not permitted in playing areas if not participating (entrance fee still applies). Pets are not allowed. Each court is limited to twelve (12) players at a time. Guests may stay 1 hour before and 1 hour after their booking (excluding café and lounge users). Management may refuse entry or service for rule violations or inappropriate behavior, and damage caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible party. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
